Hi, I’m Bodie. I started Dilate in 2012 with a simple idea: do good work, with good people, and keep getting better every day.
What began as a small marketing agency became something more – a team, a platform, a launchpad. Over 14 years, I navigated six transactions: bringing in outside investors, backing internal leaders who believed in what we were building, and eventually partnering with people who didn’t just trust what we did – they understood why.
One of those people was Tom. My business partner. The left brain to my right.
And then I stepped back from the day-to-day.

That’s when I really saw the question for what it was: how do you grow something without losing what made it special?
Today, Dilate runs on the vision we built together – led by a team who continue to evolve it. Since stepping back, we’ve acquired three businesses in three years, proving that the model scales beyond the founder who started it.
That’s the proof of concept. A platform built to grow – without depending on us to run it.
